Each business using AiSensy receives Unlimited FREE service conversations (user-initiated conversation) per month. Businesses can reply to customer queries without incurring any charges

Marketing messages

Marketing messages include all promotional messages, offers, product updates. WhatsApp charges separately for each marketing message delivered, depending on your user’s country.

Utility messages

Utility messages are transactional in nature and include messages for delivery updates, transaction receipts, reminders and more. Utility templates delivered within a customer service window won't be charged. WhatsApp charges separately for each utility message delivered, depending on your user’s country.

Authentication messages
