During this window, you can respond freely without additional charges and you can respond with any free form messages. Also, utility templates delivered within this window won't be charged.

Unlimited Free Service Conversations

Each business using AiSensy receives Unlimited FREE service conversations (user-initiated conversation) per month. Businesses can reply to customer queries without incurring any charges

Marketing messages

Marketing messages include all promotional messages, offers, product updates. WhatsApp charges separately for each marketing message delivered, depending on your user’s country.

Utility messages

Utility messages are transactional in nature and include messages for delivery updates, transaction receipts, reminders and more. Utility templates delivered within a customer service window won't be charged. WhatsApp charges separately for each utility message delivered, depending on your user’s country.

Authentication messages

Authentication messages include messages used for verification purposes such as OTP, account registration and account recovery. WhatsApp charges separately for each authentication message delivered, depending on your user’s country.

Are WhatsApp Conversations managed separately?

Yes, WhatsApp Conversation Credits are recharged and managed Separately.
Everytime you initiate a Conversation (UIC or BIC), the price of that conversation is deducted from this recharge.
This price varies according to user's country.

What is a Customer Service Window / Session Window?

A Messaging session window starts when a user sends your Whatsapp Business Number a message and lasts for 24 hours from the most recently received message.You can intervene/respond with ANY kind of message within these 24 hours.

Is it a Pre-paid Billing or Post-paid?

All billings are Pre-paid.

How many Contacts Can I Import?

You can Import Unlimited Contacts to the AiSensy Dashboard. You're only charged for the WhatsApp Conversations you initiate with a user.

How do Upgrade or Downgrade work?
